Returns. We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, email us at 3dprintedgaming.21wc@gmail.com with your order number. In most cases we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once your return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method.

Damaged, broken or misprinted items. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us a photo within 30 days of purchase and we'll send you a free replacement. You don't need to send the item back.

Digital files. STL files and other digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased. If a file is corrupted or won't open, email us and we'll help make it right.
